These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and sivp9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the sivp9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services and close your account.

To register and maintain an Account with sivp9, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age. sivp9 strictly enforces this age restriction and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and account balances forfeited.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of registration and each time you access the Platform. We employ geo-location technology to verify compliance with this requirement. The use of VPN, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, court order, or voluntary self-exclusion program.
Each individual may hold only one Account with sivp9. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of all pending withdrawals. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
sivp9 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot). Withdrawal requests may be suspended until satisfactory verification documents are provided. We process verification requests within 24-48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. You agree to notify sivp9 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of a security breach. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features offered by the Platform.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any activity that violates applicable law or our internal policies.
sivp9 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of successful payment. In rare cases involving technical issues or bank processing delays, deposits may take up to 24 hours. If your deposit is not credited within 24 hours, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified with KYC documentation approved; (b) you must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000; (d) withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. We process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 24 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
sivp9 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. Expedited withdrawal processing (under 1 hour) is available for VIP tier members at no additional charge.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests that do not meet this minimum turnover requirement or that we suspect are related to money laundering activity.
sivp9 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance player experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (turnover), eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. You agree to read and comply with the specific terms for each bonus you claim. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotion page and in your Account dashboard.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 15x (bonus + deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000 and receive a Rp 1,000,000 bonus (total Rp 2,000,000), you must wager Rp 30,000,000 (15x Rp 2,000,000) before you can withdraw. Different game types contribute differently to wagering: slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 20%, sports betting contributes 100% (minimum odds 1.50).
sivp9 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion between players, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity we determine in our sole discretion constitutes abuse of promotional offers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be adjusted or removed if we determine they were claimed or issued in error.
All Players must engage in fair play and comply with the specific rules of each game. The use of automated betting software (bots), game manipulation tools, exploits, bugs, or any unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserve the right to void any wagers placed using such methods.
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Bets are not considered valid until accepted by our system and confirmed in your Account history. In the event of system errors, communication failures, or obvious pricing mistakes, we reserve the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes.
Sports betting results are determined by official league/tournament results as published by the governing body. Bets on suspended, postponed, or canceled events will be voided unless otherwise specified in our sportsbook rules. Live in-play betting carries inherent transmission delays; we are not liable for bet placement delays or inability to place bets due to connection issues.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that are regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are displayed in each game's information section and match the certified rates provided by game developers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination: fraudulent or criminal activity, collusion with other players, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause, attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the Platform, and any activity that violates Indonesian law.
While we strive for maximum uptime, sivp9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of odds, game information, and promotional content. However, we are not liable for typographical errors, incorrect odds, or outdated information. In the event of obvious errors (palpable errors), we reserve the right to void affected bets.
sivp9 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other integrated services. Issues with third-party services should be resolved directly with the relevant provider, though we will assist in facilitating communication where appropriate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sivp9's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your entire Account balance. We will process your final withdrawal within 24 hours. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you must create a new Account if you wish to use sivp9 services again (subject to our single-account rule and your eligibility).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately if: (a) you breach these Terms and Conditions; (b) we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) you become ineligible under our eligibility requirements; (d) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority; or (e) we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to us or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome. If your Account is terminated due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to forfeit your Account balance and void any pending withdrawals. If termination is for other reasons, you will be permitted to withdraw your legitimate balance after settlement of all pending wagers.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sivp9 operates its international gaming license. Your use of the Platform is also subject to applicable Indonesian regulations regarding online transactions and consumer protection.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of sivp9 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as specified in your jurisdiction. You agree to waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits against sivp9.
These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
